SDCC: Mortal Kombat 1 Panel will feature 3 trailers including a surprise

NetherRealm Studios revealed there will be a Mortal Kombat 1 panel to kick off a new era of the franchise. Ed Boon, the Co-Creator of Mortal Kombat shared there will be voice actors, team members going over the making of Mortal Kombat 1. Lastly, he said there will be 3 trailers which are gameplay trailers and then a surprise.

It’s quite possible the surprise will be another fighter joining the roster for launch. There’s a chance that Homelander from The Boys could be that fighter based on recent rumors about him joining. The panel will be hosted by Brian Tong and takes place Friday, July 21 from 6:15 PM – 7:15 PM ET / 3:15 PM – 4:15 PM PT.
