Sonic X Shadow Generations reportedly sold 1.5 million units

Sonic X Shadow Generations has been released for almost a full month across PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. It looks like the game continues to be a great success for Nintendo as it reportedly reached another sales milestone. According to the official Sonic the Hedgehog social media account for Southeast Asia, Sonic X Shadow Generations has sold over 1.5 million copies to date.

On the day of its release, Sonic X Shadow Generations sold 1 million units already across all platforms. In just a month it sold at least 500K units and likely more to come with the holiday season arriving.

SEGA had a remarkable year as they released Metaphor: ReFantazio in October, receiving nominations for Game of the Year and several other categories.
