Sony could be planning to release 5 mobile games in 2018

According to Nikkei, Sony is aiming to release games based on some of its popular PlayStation brands on smartphones. Sony is planning on releasing five or more mobile games, which will be targeted at the Japanese and other Asian markets to begin with. We should know the titles of those games by the end of the year, but Sony may be planning to revive some of its older names and franchises.
There has been talk about linking some of these titles to upcoming console releases which could be a cool idea. Now I think Sony realized that they may have an opportunity to compete with Nintendo and some of their upcoming mobile games such as Super Mario Run that is coming to iOS first and then Android, but they also see what Pokemon GO did for Nintendo. Does Sony have big titles to overcome Nintendo’s success so far? We will see.
