Originally announced back in June, Namco Tales Studio’s 2008 title will be getting a remastered version for modern consoles. And now we can expect the game to release in early 2019 as it now has a set date for January.
Posted on the game’s Twitter, the reveal for the release date was part of the tweet along with a look at the steelbook for the “very special edition” that has yet to be revealed yet.

The HD remaster of Tales Of Vasperia is based off of the original PlayStation 3 version exclusive to Japan. So this edition will include two new characters that Xbox 360 owners have never seen before.
Tales Of Vasperia: Definitive Edition will be available on January 11, 2018 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
