
In recent months, CD Projekt Red has illustrated even more is on the way for The Witcher. In December, it launched the long-promised next-generation update for 2015’s The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. The client shipped as a free install offering better performance, enhanced visuals, and details graphics. Additionally, the team also confirmed that Project Canis Majoris is a proper remake for the original 2007 game.
Looking ahead elsewhere, transmedia for The Witcher is shaping with a new lead as Henry Cavill announced his departure from the role as Geralt of Rivia. Instead, Cavill is to be replaced by Liam Hemsworth comes Season 4 for the Netflix series. The platform previously rolled out The Witcher: Blood Origin – a prequel to the titular series as well.
Recently, Netflix unloaded its lineup for June 2023 and closing out the first month of the summer is The Witcher Season 3 Volume 1 on June 29th. You can watch the video below:

Additional The Witcher news was also revealed by CD Projekt Red in a previous update last fall. In that, it was revealed Project Sirius is a new title to deliver a fresh & unique experience to the IP.
