The next upcoming mobile game from Nintendo, Mario Kart Tour has been delayed. In a recent earnings report it was revealed that the smartphone game would not hit the initial release window of the financial year which ends in March. Don’t worry because the game is now aimed for a launch this coming Summer of 2019, the reason for the delay is that Nintendo wants to offer more content when the game is out and getting older so it doesn’t get stale too fast and of course improve the quality of the title.

Mario Kart Tour will be another addition to a great list of mobile games Nintendo put out. You can see the full list below:

  • Miitomo (2016)
  • Super Mario Run (2016)
  • Fire Emblem Heroes (2017)
  • Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp (2017)
  • Mario Kart Tour (Summer 2019)

Mario Kart Tour was only announced last year so we haven’t been waiting too long and Nintendo fans will be plenty busy by the time that game releases because they’ve got a great lineup for the Nintendo Switch this year yet again.
