Over on the PlayStation side of the video game industry, surprise continues to fill the faces of its users upon discovering extended support heading to PC. In that, roughly a handful of once unique properties for the Sony consoles were then confirmed for PC: Horizon Zero Dawn, Death Stranding, Days Gone, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, and recently God of War. But, that appears it will not end there.

Following the announcement of the port for Bend Studio’s title, Sony Interactive Entertainment told it will extend its reach for the platform with other projects without naming which titles will go next. However, the firm has illustrated to keep its promise which is reassuring to witness. Already, Sackboy: A Big Adventure proved to leave a baffling impression when it was confirmed for PlayStation 4 last year.

Now, the Sumo Digital release is the next culprit for the PC treatment according to a finding over on Reddit. Poster u/penguin6245 uncovered a SteamDB project affiliated with one of the depots being titled Marmalade which was the project name for what later became Sackboy: A Big Adventure.

Additionally, the listing originally had a branch labeled ‘sumoqa’ as well that was a dead giveaway for the listing as well. However, it appears that the developer removed any evidence signifying its involvement to the project on SteamDB. The title more interesting happened to be one of the fragments of the notoriously correct Nvidia GeForce Now leak earlier this summer.

Recently in terms of the Sackboy connected IP, the original entries severed support for online play. In that, LittleBigPlanet, LittleBigPlanet 2, LittleBigPlanet 3, LittleBigPlanet (PS Vita) all lost multiplayer recently. You can read the full report by heading here.

Are you surprised that Sackboy: A Big Adventure is coming to PC as well?
