For Stadia, the platform has a short list of platform exclusives. The roster only shrunk as time progressed. Unit 2 Games Crayta originally launched on the platform unique to the Google service. But, it was later translated to PC. The same can be said for Super Bomberman R Online which arrived as a free-to-play title when dropping multiplatform, but was sold as a premium game on Stadia initially.

As for what remains, many question where will Gylt be in the coming months. In that, the game stands to be the most unique release on the platform from developer Tequila Works, but with the official closure of Stadia this January, there was no confirmation if the game will live on elsewhere. But, the team made a statement this week.

In a brief blog post on the official Gylt website, Tequila Work announces that the 2019 Stadia launch title will be going multiplatform later next year. “Spooky season is around the corner… And we bring terrific news! We’ve been working on it for a long time and it’s finally time to make it official: Gylt is going multiplatform in 2023!” the statement reveals.

As for other planned efforts for Stadia, multiple developers are investigating account migration for select games in time for the platform’s demise. Bungie, IO Interactive, and Ubisoft are a few reported to be working on a solution for this. It has yet to be confirmed if or how other developers will pursue this with less than a handful of months still remaining.

Additionally, there is no word on other Staida exclusives going multiplatform just yet. For titles like Splash Damage’s online experience Outcasters, there has yet to be confirmation on the IP going to other systems. The team did state it is still considering possibilities in one tweet recently. You can read the full post by heading here.
