Santa Monica Studio announced that New Game Plus will be coming to God of War Ragnarok in Spring 2023. No other details were shared such as a date for when this gets added to the PlayStation exclusive.

What does this exactly mean? Well if it’s anything like the 2018 God of War title there will be a difficulty option, new armor sets and abilities, and attack options for enemies. Usually when a New Game Plus comes out for a game you’ll be able to start new saves as well.
God of War Ragnarok most recently received a photo mode so you can capture those glorious moments with Kratos. Ragnarok was another successful game from Santa Monica Studio as the game sold 5.1 million copies in its first week on PlayStation 5.
