Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III Season 1 launches December 6

Sledgehammer Games announced on Tuesday, November 1st that Modern Warfare III has the highest engagement in the new Modern Warfare series and that more players put in more time during MWIII’s campaign than the last two.

During all of that, Sledgehammer Games announced that Season 1 of Modern Warfare III will kick off on December 6. The new season will bring Gunfight back with 6 2v2 maps coming to the rotation of the popular duo mode. Four of those maps will be Carry-Forward from Modern Warfare II.

In celebration of this, look for a triple feed holiday weekend this week with Double XP, Double Weapon XP, and Double Battle Pass XP coming your way.
