Gamescom Opening Night Live hosted by Geoff Keighley is set to take place on Tuesday, August 20, and there will be announcements for new games and updates on already announced titles. One of the games we may see at the event is Death Stranding 2 from Kojima Productions.

In a recent post on X (Twitter), Hideo Kojima shared an image saying “Who Am I” that shows a shadow of an individual likely involved with Death Stranding 2. The individual he is teasing looks to be Kenjiro Tsuda previously worked with Hideo Kojima as the Japanese voice of Sam Porter Bridges. (Thanks Reddit)

Geoff Keighley also shared the post and this may be a hint to a segment at the show where Kojima Productions is featured.

Death Stranding 2: On The Beach was revealed in 2022 with more of a reveal earlier this year. It wouldn’t be a surprise to see more information about the game since it is aimed to be released in 2025.
