Warner Bros. Games and developer NetherRealm Studios announced that Ghostface from the Scream franchise is coming to Mortal Kombat 1 this month. The DLC fighter will be released on November 19 for Kombat Pack 2 / “Khaos Reigns” expansion owners and will be available on November 26 for all players.

This is the first slasher and horror character featured in a Mortal Kombat game since Mortal Kombat X, breaking a 9-year drought of a slasher guest fighter. Ghostface is no stranger to appearances in other video games. The horror icon has appeared in Dead by Daylight and was a playable operator in past Call of Duty titles.

Mortal Kombat 1 is available to play on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
