High On Life receives surprise Nintendo Switch 2 Edition

Today, Squanch Games announced a surprise update for High On Life that makes it accessible on Nintendo Switch 2. This now makes High On Life playable on all major platforms, including Switch 1, Switch 2, Xbox Series, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.

Players who own High On Life on Nintendo Switch can upgrade to the Switch 2 version for free.

High On Life Switch 2 Edition Features

The Switch 2 Edition of the action-packed comedy adventure features support for Joy-Con 2 mouse controls, improved VFX quality, upgraded texture quality, higher frame rate, enhanced resolution, and lastly up to 1080p resolution at 30 fps gameplay with the Switch 2 Dock.

Squanch Games announced High on Life 2 will be released this Winter. It is not planned to release on Switch at launch.
