Recently, Bandai Namco launched a new surprise DLC for Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac. The content included a suite of new additions to the core game featuring Sega’s Sonic the Hedgehog including themed levels, collectibles, and a costume for Pac-Man himself. Additionally, there was also the reveal for Once Upon a Katamari which will be receiving a lineup of new add-ons well into the winter.
The DLC is said to feature free as well as premium content for Once Upon a Katamari. You can watch the segment of the State of Play livestream in the video below:
“Now keep the good times grooving with remix collabs from DEN-ON-BU and 10 stylish accessories with the Katamari Damacy Series Dance Dance Remixes coming out in November,” Bandai Namco shares. “To commemorate this DLC release, a special Saki Hanami Cosplay Set (Prince only) will be presented to all users who own Once Upon A Katamari. Look out for more remixes and accessories this Winter when the Katamari Damacy Series NEO Remixes launches. Additionally, a set of three DJ accessories will be presented to all users who own Once Upon A Katamari”
As for Once Upon a Katamari, Rectify Gaming in its review scored the title a 9/10 when released. “It honors the past while confidently moving into the future. It is funny, heartfelt, creative, and full of personality.
