Marking nearly a year since Grapeshot Games announced and simultaneously released Atlas for PC, the developer has made a return to announce that the online pirate experience is scheduled to hit Xbox One just short of two weeks from today. Lead Designer at Grapeshot Games Erik Waananen shared that the game will be coming to Microsoft’s hardware during today’s Inside Xbox presentation.
We're thrilled to officially announce the date!

As players on Steam are already aware of the game’s current status as this is a project birthed from the creator of Ark: Survival Evolved, the game does hold a good amount of hiccups and other pre-launch problems. So alike the game being Early Access on PC, the title will also be the same through the Xbox Game Preview program.
However, the team at Grapeshot does look to implement requested features to the game: so launching on Xbox, Atlas will have cross-platform play implementation with PC. Atop of bridging the game’s audience between both platforms, the game will also implement full game parity so client updates will release for the two concurrently to keep each version at the same level.
The title upon its debut for the Xbox platform will also trigger support for Xbox Play Anywhere as the game is also launching alongside the console version for Windows 10. Waananen goes on to reveal that Grapeshot is currently working to include keyboard & mouse support for the game as well heading towards Atlas’ October release for Xbox.
Atlas is out now for PC; coming to Xbox One on October 6, 2019.
