The Minecraft Movie is set to hit theaters on April 4, 2025, and the initial announcement trailer for the film didn’t go so well. Despite the negative feedback it seems they will continue to go with it as the first clip from the movie has been released as part of Minecraft Live.

The new clip is just a short scene of Steve played by Jack Black crafting a Sword with Jason Momoa and Sebastian Eugene in the scene as well. The scene does give an idea of how the interactions will be between the characters and what the environment is like.

Looking in the surrounding environment it’s hard not to notice the TNTs in the background.

Are you looking forward to the Minecraft movie?
