Hollow Knight: Silksong releases September 4

Team Cherry has announced that Hollow Knight: Silksong will release on September 4, 2025, for Xbox Series, PlayStation 5, Switch 2, Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam and Microsoft Store. It will also be available day one on Game Pass.

The announcement comes during Gamescom, where attendees have been able to play the game for the first time on Xbox and Switch 2. Team Cherry also shared a new trailer showcasing the game and released more details about Silksong.

The developer also announced there will be no early reviews for the game. Everyone will start playing it the day it releases.
