LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight release date moved up to May 22, 2026

Warner Bros. Games and TT Games announced LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight will now release one week earlier on May 22, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.

LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight was originally planned to release on May 29, 2026.

The Nintendo Switch 2 version of the game is still planned to launch in late 2026. Players can wishlist the game now on the Nintendo eShop.

Those who pre-order the Deluxe Edition will get 72-hour early access, which will now begin on May 19. Pre-orders for the Standard and Deluxe Editions are live now. If you pre-order, you will receive The Dark Knight Returns Batsuit at launch, inspired by the acclaimed comic book series.

At launch, players can unlock an exclusive Golden Age Batsuit but will have to create a Warner Bros Games account.
