The holiday season is now in full gear and both Microsoft and Sony have been doing excellent at the start of Black Friday. Xbox was the fifth best-selling electronics brand on Black Friday, according to Adobe’s annual market-tracking data for the United States. The Xbox also outperformed Sony’s PlayStation & Nintendo’s 3DS and Wii U. Only Apple iPads, Samsung’s 4K televisions, MacBook Airs, and LG’s TVs came in front of the Xbox One.
This brings the conclusion of the Xbox One was likely the top-selling console in the U.S. on the day after American Thanksgiving. Microsoft might have beaten Sony on Black Friday, but it seems to be Sony still has the lead for November with the launch of the PlayStation 4 Pro earlier in the month helped.
PlayStation 4 is still the best-selling product between the dates of November 1 and November 24. Xbox One is right behind it. It’s going to be a very close month and hopefully we find out who wins the November NPD.
