Minecraft has surpassed 100 million copies sold!

Minecraft came out 4 and half years ago quickly becoming one of the fastest selling games Gaming History. The open world game that now is described as “Digital Lego”. According to the infographic, the game is selling 53,000 copies a day. Minecraft started as a Java Applet on a web forum, and the initial response “Notch” got was positive.
Microsoft acquired Minecraft makers Mojang back in 2014 for $2.5 billion with 50 million copies sold across PC, Xbox 360, PS3 and other platforms.
