palworld trading card game

Bushiroad and Pocketpair announced that Palworld is getting an official trading card game, releasing on Thursday, July 30, 2026. It’s a 2-player competitive card game where players can enjoy strategic and tactical battles through deploying various unique Pals.

Players will fight alongside their Pal companions, gathering resources, and building bases as they aim for victory. These Pals will use their own unique traits to lead you to victory.

A teaser trailer was also shared on YouTube:

The Palworld Card Game looks to be something Pocketpair is trying to make its own thing seperate from the video game. In 2024, Palworld took over the gaming world by breaking unimaginable records at the time, including for Xbox Game Pass.

Since its release, Palworld has become controversial because the Pokemon Company and Nintendo filed a lawsuit for it looking very similar to Pokemon.

This wouldn’t be the first spinoff Palworld game, as Palfarm was announced for PC a few months ago. In 2026, Palworld will exit Early Access and will have its full launch.
