Reanimal is a horror adventure game where you explore the mysterious island and go through different key locations. After finishing the game once, you can replay specific chapters to chase collectibles.

The Cleaning House is the second chapter in Reanimal, where you start on the village street and get inside the clothing store. From the back alley, you enter the cage area and get inside the house. Find a resting place on a toilet in the hallway to wrap up Chapter 2.

Previous Chapter Walkthrough

In the previous chapter, we entered the beach while sailing. After entering the mill building, proceed through until you come to a sewage tunnel with a switch. Exit the sewer and work through early puzzles to reach the train yard.

We repaired the hand cart by finding and installing its missing wheels. When on the other side, get off the railcar and explore the right path along the tracks. We go straight along the main road to enter the village.

Find a Way To Cinema

Right from the parked car, keep moving on the street till you find the collapsed area. Approach the crashed card from the left side and press the ‘y’ key to shut down the trunk. Jump over the cap and get inside the building.

Continue moving straight and jump down at the end. Get closer to the statue and move it by pressing the ‘Y’ key. Make an exit path by picking up the statue’s head and throwing it full force towards the window.

Go through the broken window and move towards the right to find the ice cream car. The objective here for you is to get inside the cinema by moving the truck. Go to the driver’s door and get inside the car to move the truck from the path. Keep running to the right side till you find the popcorn machine on the left.

Get Inside Cinema

Make your way out of the cinema and go right on the street till you find another collapsed area. Move to the backside of the building from the right and rush ahead. Find the garbage bin on the left of the closed chain fence.

Approach the garbage bin and jump over it to get inside. Collect the bolt cutter from the right side and use it to break the fence. Move to the backside of the cinema and use the cutter to unlock the door.

Find the Laundry Machine

Move inside the hall and go to the chairs on the left while in crouch mode. Enemies are lurking here, so don’t get caught. Follow the enemy from the tiny door on the left and get to the corridor. Approach the door next to you at the end to enter the other building. You can’t go through the door, as it’s locked from the other side.

Press the crouch button and crawl through the small opening from the left side of the wall. Go to the left side and interact with the door in this meeting hall. Sitting down on the chairs in this meeting room allows you to complete the objective of the Take a Load Off trophy. Make your way to the collapsed area on the street and approach the shopping cart.

You can see the small door from this cart that you need to go through. Approach this door and move to the garbage bin out of the way. Go through the gap and turn on the crouch mode to avoid getting caught by the Critter.

Move to the back side of the laundry machines while in crouch mode. This area is filled with water, so you make noise while traversing here. Interact with the laundry machines to hide yourself inside them.

Escape the Friend

Make sure to wait for the Critter to open the door in this room. Turn on the crouch mode and take cover behind the bathtubs. Keep moving frequently, as your footsteps continuously make noise. He starts looking for you before passing through the door.

Keep following this enemy to the door and find the cage in the next room. Your friend is locked inside this cage, but you can’t open it.

You need a crowbar to unlock the gate of the cage. Move to the left side to pick up the crowbar by pressing the LT. Get behind the cage and use it to free your friend, only when the Critter moves away. Return to the laundry rooms from the small door. Don’t need to turn on the crouch mode, so quickly pass through it.

Find the Gas Station

Get behind the garbage bin, and when the Snipper moves it, you need to follow the dumpster to avoid getting caught. Move to the backside of the shopping cart and quickly go to the next dumpster before the enemy moves the back of the cart.

Move all the way to the meeting room and get behind the tables. The same enemy appears here and starts searching for you. I recommend getting behind the first two tables and then moving to the last two tables. Quickly move back to the left a little bit to avoid detection.

Hide yourself behind the table till the enemy leaves this area. Make your way to the door on the right side and use the crowbar to unlock it. Return to the cinema and take the first door on the left to escape from here. Go to the left side and unlock the door using the crowbar.

Cover the linear path and take the stairs to reach the lobby. Get out of the cinema and continue moving to the right on the street.

Keep running from here because the giant enemy start casing you. Make sure he leaves the street so you can continue moving. Go to the left of the chain fence and use the crowbar to open the gate, allowing you to reach the gas station.

Return To the Beach

Make a big jump to get inside the station and locate the fuel canister. Interact with it to pick it up, allowing you fill the gas inside. The Critter starts chasing you here, so keep moving between multiple cars. Find the small ramp underneath the tunnel on the right.

You need to climb and jump to get to the other side. Continue running till you find the ice cream truck. Interact with the fuel lid to fill the gas. Get inside the driver’s seat and drive the car. Use the LT to move the steering and RT to accelerate. Continue accelerating and hit the Critter.

This enemy gets to the back of the truck, so hit the LT to crouch when he attacks with his arm, and then follow up with ‘X’ to use your weapon against him. The Critter fell from the truck, and a cutscene triggers, showcasing your return to the beach.

• Collect the Pig Head Mask from the clothing store behind the counter.
• Cone Head is another mask you can acquire when you chase a critter after getting the crowbar and opening a barricaded door.
• Find a loose brick near the popcorn machine and throw it at the machine to break the glass to obtain the Rock ’n Pop trophy.
