Capcom announced that Resident Evil Requiem will be coming to the Nintendo Switch 2 in February 2026 alongside the Xbox Series, PlayStation 5, and PC versions of the game. According to a recent find on Amazon in the UK, Resident Evil Requiem might be slightly cheaper on the Switch 2.
First spotted by My Nintendo News, Resident Evil Requiem is listed £10 pounds cheaper than the PS5 and Xbox Series versions. The recommended retail price on Xbox and PS5 is 70 pounds, while the Nintendo Switch 2 version is 60 pounds.
This could be a listing error. Capcom has not officially announced the pricing yet, but it should be noted that the Switch 2 version of Resident Evil Requiem will more than likely be a Game-Key Card. It may not go over well with fans who collect games physically for the Nintendo Switch 2, but it would be a cheaper option for the developer.
How do you feel about Resident Evil 9 coming to the Switch 2?
