Continuing on with the myriad of reveals during today’s Inside Xbox presentation hosted by Microsoft online, Deep Silver subsidiary team Fishlabs announces Chorus. The project follows the journey of Nara, a space pilot following the passing of her husband embarks on a new journey to extinguish the Circle, a totalitarian group attempting to control the galactic airspace.

The starring protagonist in her journey will do so through her skills of outer space combat with Forsaken and throughout the storyline unlock new upgrades for the sentient ship alongside new ‘mind-bending’ abilities to utilize against the opposing Great Prophet.

You can watch the announcement trailer in the video below:

Throughout the experience that lies ahead for players, they will find themselves with unique intergalactic vistas ranging from trading posts to deserted planets never touched by man prior. “Take control of Nara, once the Circle’s deadliest warrior, now their most wanted fugitive, on a quest to destroy the dark cult that created her.

“Unlock devastating weapons and mind-bending abilities in a true evolution of the space-combat shooter. Along with Forsaken, her sentient starfighter, explore ancient temples, engage in exhilarating zero-g combat, and venture beyond our waking reality,” the brief overview provided reads.

Additionally, while the game does not have a release date, Fishlabs does disclose that Chorus will be supported with Smart Delivery between the current and upcoming Xbox lineage.
