Next week will officially mark the two month anniversary of Rebellion’s Zombie Army 4: Dead War for modern consoles. And while that might not seem like that much of a time jump, it sure does feel like one. And to stack on to that interpretation, Rebellion has announced that the game will already be releasing another platform.

During today’s Stadia Connect, Rebellion made an appearance with Zombie Army 4 to announce that the game will ship this coming Friday, May 1st. You can watch the segment of the announcement in the video below:

Alongside yet another platform that Zombie Army 4 will be playable on, Rebellion also used the announcement to reveal a new add-on mission for the game. Introducing Blood Count, the level is labeled to be ‘Hell Cult mission’ and from the looks of the footage offers vampire-looking enemies in yet another Nazi zombie-occupied stronghold.

To ante up player interest even more, Stadia Pro owners will be able to sample the latest entry for the Zombie Army series as Dead War will be available for subscription holders the same day it releases. And as we all know, Stadia Pro is available for anyone for at least another month following the announcement made earlier this month.

Those who currently are enjoying Stadia Pro must have also picked up the other announcement made today regarding PlayerUnknown’s Battlegroudns also being added to the subscription lineup as well. You can read the entire announcement by heading here.

In anticipation to play Zombie Army 4: Dead War later this week, I suggest you go ahead and read our full review for the game. Rectify gaming’s David Rodriguez shares to “really enjoy my time [playing] with” the fourth installment in the series.

Are you going to take on the latest Nazi zombie horde later this week?

Zombie Army 4: Dead War is currently available for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
