Forza Horizon 6 will support cross-save across PC, PS5, and Xbox

Playground Games announced in January that Forza Horizon 6 will be released on May 19, 2026, for Xbox Series and PC. The PlayStation 5 version will be arriving later this year, but the developer did not say a specific release date yet.

On Wednesday, Playground Games announced that for the first time ever, Forza Horizon 6 will support cross-save across PC via Steam, Xbox Series, and PlayStation 5. When Forza Horizon 5 was released on PS5, it wasn’t possible to have cross-save from Xbox to the new platform.

In 2025, Forza Horizon 5 was one of the best games sales wise on the PlayStation 5. It generated over $300 million on PlayStation, with over 5 million units sold on the platform. The game was already a huge success on Xbox and PC, with over 40 million players reached on the game before it came to PS5.

Forza Horizon 6 is expected to have another big release for Xbox and Playground Games.
