Just last month, Sony Interactive Entertainment announced a new live-service title from Left 4 Dead creator Mike Booth, 4Loop. The game takes many aspects of the classic zombie survival while also adapting many new live-service, multiplayer characteristics too to its unique formula. The game fills the void of the ongoing initiative by the PlayStation firm in the same vein for titles like Marathon as well.
At the PlayStation State of Play, Bad Robot Games confirmed that beta testing is planned for 4Loop and sign-ups are now live for the game. You can watch the new gameplay trailer in the video below:
“The Closed Beta will be available on PS5 & PC coming soon this spring. Signing up for the Closed Beta will put players in the FirstLook queue to participate. The Closed Beta will be available to players in North America with additional regions being rolled out throughout the Beta Phase,” the PlayStation Blog post explains.
“We are currently inviting players in limited testing waves, so joining this waitlist does not guarantee playtest access or immediate communication. This helps us focus on stability, performance, and meaningful feedback during this crucial developmental phase,” the developer writes on the 4Loop beta sign-up page.
